  The worst experience ever!!! Not recommended if you want to spend time together with your kids. Maybe this place is good when you’re sitting with your phone on the chair, but not when you want to have fun as a family!

  There is a severe problem with allowing racism/aggression amongst employees towards customers at this location. I was aggressively harassed by a group of three employees, with one in particular touching me, and trying to start a physical altercation which I refused to participate in, meanwhile the other two employees egged him on and didn't try to calm him down. Maybe on certain days without those employees it would be enjoyable, but not worth the risk considering other options aren't that far. It is an aggressive and unprofessional environment among certain floor staff. I feel bad for the management as they either struggle with lack of good employees available, or more than likely have a poor hiring & training process as a relatively newer company.

  When I was buying tickets I didn’t know that kids are jumping on the one side and adults on the other one. When we found out it (at the moment when we enter the trampolines) was too late to return tickets. We went there for a family day and couldn’t enjoy fun together. Very disappointing!!!

  Lots of fun for all ages that's able to kick a foot. Our son had a blast there on his Birthday 12/2/2017. Friendly helpful staff. Very affordable price, i was surprised at the price we paid. Our first and definitely won't be our last time. Thanks for such an amazing experience :) I've recommended this place to friends already.

  Had an awesome time! So empty at 9 pm on a Saturday! Got the whole place to ourselves practically. Glow and the dark is a lot of fun too! You must wear a white shirt or you'll have to buy one if their shirts.

  Try another location, and best of wishes to management at this location as the management was pleasant. I hope you find better staff, you're in Vaughan after all.

  Brought my 3 kids including my 15 year old son with autism. The staff went out of their way to accommodate my son. We were offered a private jumping area where I didn't have to worry about my son crashing into other kids. All 3 of my kids loved it. My son has sensory issues (he wears noise cancelling headphones) and staff asked if I wanted them to turn down or turn off the music. I was truly blown away by the staff's sensitivity and helpfulness. Kudos to you guys at sky zone! We'll definitely be back!

  I would give less of a rating if possible. PLEASE AVOID THIS LOCATION! Highly unprofessional if not downright criminal staff is in charge of supervision of customers. Not worth the potential personal aggravation or potential for having your children witness such matters.
