  Was just here tonight. The place was really busy for a Wednesday and had a great atmosphere. All the staff seems happy. Had a mess up with our food but the manager (Cory?) made it right immediately and took care of a dessert for the trouble! First time here but not the last!

  You know the food is bad when a burger from McDonald's is better than what they're serving for $20, waste of money and time eating here. We ordered 5 meals and all of them were so mediocre. Won't be going to a Jackastors again because of the low quality we experienced this time all round.

  Servers have good memorization skills. The food is okay. It's a bit pricey for me though. However, I do not mind coming here since my friends like to eat here.

  We have been here numerous times and the service has been exceptional. My 5 year old kid loves coming back. Last evening we had yet another pleasant experience where Jeff went above and beyond to serve us the food and keep our kid entertained at the same time. Would definitely recommend.

  This location has terrible service. We had a reservation at 7:30pm and did not leave until 10:30pm because it took forever for them to bring out our food. And when we finally got it, there were so many errors that most meals had to be remade and when they finally came out the second time, they were still wrong. The manager was not helpful, he told me that this was a one off situation and that he didn't need to do anything more for us other than offer 10% off. The meals of those who actually got them were not good and half the table didn't eat at all because we just wanted to get out of there. To top it off, it took 40 mins to bring our bills for our crappy food. Will not be returning to this location.
