  She sprayed ONLY the bottom parts with water as she was cutting. And the package included a blow dry which, again, she only blow dried the bottom half ???

  I have no idea how this place got such great reviews. My hair dresser never introduced herself, otherwise I’d be able to pin point exactly who ‘cut’ my hair. We agreed on cutting off 2”, keeping the main shape of the hair and possibly rounding the bottom slightly.

  I saw Mariam today and she was absolutely fabulous. Spent time detailing my hair and making sure it was exactly how I wanted it. I have thick hair and she managed it without hesitation. She is absolutely fabulous and I will definitely return to see her.

  The cut is all over the place with no gradual layering from the front layers to the back. Essentially the front layers do their own thing and then there is no gradual flow to the back. It’s just a dip down if that makes sense.

  I’m so dissatisfied and my hairdresser looked like it was her first time cutting hair. I felt uncomfortable during the entire process and even right before when we were discussing how to cut. Even after when I tried to leave on a light note and tell her thank you and goodnight she’d only throw back fake smiles. She had no interest in asking me how I felt about the cut probably because she knew she messed up. I don’t see how this is considered professional work or satisfactory to anybody.
