  Excellent experience! Spa staff are professional and polite, facilities were clean and atmosphere was relaxing. The building was surprisingly quiet given the busy Rutherford section outside.

  Went for a massage with my mom, the receptionist who welcomed us was very nice, however while we were filling out our forms she left and another woman replaced her. This new receptionist was not very kind and didn’t even acknowledge us or look at us when we gave her our forms. Two lady’s came to take us into our room, and apparently they had assumed that my mom and I would be in the same room, despite the fact that two separate massages had been booked. We didn’t want the same room, so I asked to move and thankfully they were accommodating. My masseuse, Bertha (I think) was amazing and if I were to return here it would only be for her. In the middle of my massage someone knocked on the door and basically told her to finish up. She ended the massage after 45 minutes even though we had booked for an hour. Then she rushed me changing and while I was putting my shoes and socks on she was rushing to change the sheets on the bed. Thankfully the charged for 45 minutes but I was not satisfied with the service at all. A relaxing experience was turned into an annoying one.

  I came in for an emergency massage. Called in the morning and was assigned Denise for later in the afternoon. RMT Denise helped loosen my sore back, was polite, and spoke in a tone that relaxes helped me relax. I will definitely be back again.

  Went here with some bridesmaids for a pedicure and manicure. Beautiful place, staff was very welcoming and super friendly. Manicure was average- chipped within a few days even though the lady said it was guaranteed to last a week and a half. Pedicure was amazing and was done in a comfy lovely massage "throne". Kind of pricy but worth it for special events like a wedding or other fancy celebration.

  We called ahead of time to come in for a 12:30 appointment the same day. We said wed be there for 12:30, the recpionist said she'd see us then. We drove 1hr to get there on time. As soon as we arrived the recpionist was very unwelcoming. When we were asked if we booked we explained we just spoke on the phone. She said without a booking she couldnt help us. Unfortunatley it is not our job to direct the recpionist to book in for appointments we confirmed we'd show up for, nor are we responsible for how the spa chooses to run its operations prior to our arrival. It is clear whoever we spoke to on the phone forgot to put us in the system. The recpionist didn't even look up to see if there was time available to accommodate us nor did she give us an apology for the mishap on their end. We were told to call and book again as a solution, versus booking us in for a new time on the spot and a sincere apology for our time wasted.
