Very very busy. Long long lines. Not a lot of staff on the floor to help. But that is typical during the holiday session.

You can catch all of your main stream books here, sure. But, when it comes to more rare books it is another story...also I do get the vibe that the place wants to be a souvenir shop rather than a bookstore at times.

The book selection and the stock of books are good, the back of the store like the music section is un organized. However, the manager is rude and doesn't help customers even when the cashier asks a question. They don't train the staff to know basic work concepts of a business. Such as simple questions like, what type of credit card you are using and if you have a plum rewards card. It is up to the customer. One cashier even suggested to buy the item at elsewhere another local store. Kind and friendly staff, but is it too unprofessional?
