  Brought my van in for regular maintenance and a check engine light, Kayla greeted me and checked me in. She was very understanding and helpful. I was very happy when she called me later that afternoon to advise me that my van was finished and a shuttle would be there shortly to pick me up. Couldn't be happier with my service.   I had a wonderful experience with North York Chrysler. Izad was patient and answered my car related questions as much as he could. When moving forward with the purchase, I then worked with Randy and Ron who got me a really good interest rate and took the time to answer all my finance questions and even taught me and my husband new things that we did not know about financing and /or leasing a vehicle. The process was quick and efficient, we left with a vehicle from their used stock. Thank you all three men for the outstanding service.

  I had a great experience with buying a 2017 used Chevy Tahoe from Danial. He was clear about the type of dealership it was and was easy to deal with from beginning to end. The cars are priced to sell at that price so it was different for me with no negotiations or hassle and in the end it was better that way. I knew that this was the best price he could offer. He went the extra mile and had a big red bow on the car when we went to pick it up since he knew it was an early Christmas gift. Thanks Danial!

  I went in expecting to purchase a basic used vehicle. I didn't even want to consider a newer vehicle thinking it was out of my price range. Randy Cho took the time to give me all of my options and was never pushy. I ended up getting a 2017 Ford Fusion that I LOVE and can afford. He even took the time to make sure I knew how everything worked and was set up properly as far as connecting the blue tooth with my phone, etc. He also worked out an excellent financing plan with me that fit perfectly into my budget. I highly recommend North York Chrysler. It was worth the hour drive to get there.
