  You are connected through a dated IVR to a call centre somewhere likely in US or south of that. By default trained to think US, but when calling from Canada it is like asking to rent a car on a different galaxy, had to explain what is Ontario....

  The worst by far is their insurance options - basically none. You either take it all or nothing.this you do not expect from respectful company and I had to take insurance online instead. But why do they do that? Why not play fair? Why not allow me to decide what to take?

  I had to replace cars twice because they do not service the cars properly. They asked me to replace the wipers myself (duhhhh!!!???).

  NOTE: when you return the car you have to put your gas bill on the panel under the window or they will charge you for the gas again. I've only seen this at this car rental.

  They are very slow. We booked a car to be able to pick it up on Saturday at 8 am. The place got opened about 5-10 late. We ended up lining up for another 30-40 minutes with only a couple of people in front of us, so basically could only leave around 9 which ruined the idea of getting the car early. A lot of people were getting moving trucks.

  I keep coming back because of the good customer service(even though the location itself is out of the way). Easy to deal with staff and I always get a nice car. I'd recommend it.

  The good, they really make an effort to understand and assist, but make sure you have lots of time and patience.
