  My parents ordered a bed set for my sister and when we received the bed had not yet arrived. When the bed came in it had two damaged part. We let them know and they told us the parts would be delivered quickly. That is not what happened. We received the replacement headboard after about a month and a half after we called, and the replacement railing 2 weeks after the head board. We ordered the bed in the beginning of July and it was not ready for use until the beginning of September. TWO MONTHS

  We came in and looked around. The sales person told us about the 40% off one item. He was friendly and not pushy. I can't stand pushy sales people. We had to go home to measure our bed in order to know if it would fit. We told the sales person named Mohammed that we would be back if the fit was good. He told us he was there until 6pm and the store closed at 9pm. We ended up showing up before his shift was done and we bought the bed because it was a good fit. I would buy here again.

  Had a fantastic shopping experience. Not only did I find a beautiful dining room table and chairs, but I also got it at an amazing price! The sales rep was very helpful as was the management. Would most definitely recommend to family and friends and shop there again! Cannot wait for my dining room set to arrive.

  I am very satisfy from the great customer service in this location. I bought a sofa and love seat with set of two chairs from this store. A nice and skillful lady by the name of "Gail" helped us to find what we want. Her deep knowledge helped us to choose what is best match for our needs and close to our budget. They delivered everything on promised date with high quality of customer care. Delivery people was very nice and they know their job very well. Ashley customer service followed up with us before and after the delivery time. I bought other stuff from another Ashley location in Richmond hill couple of days after, " From customer service perspective they are very far from what we experienced as customer compare to this location". I found some confusions in my sales bill from Richmond hill store, I called Fairstone they were not able to clarify them for me, they recommended to call to this location, a very nice and helpful lady by the name of " Christina" helped me on her busy schedule to have a very good clarification on my bill. Thanks to Ashley Homestore to hire such a good and knowledgeable people to serve clients. I highly recommend this location if you want to have a high quality customer service and experience a satisfactory shopping!
