  They promised to have our wedding bands ready by the day before our wedding, before I purchased them I got their confirmation like 5 times. And I visited them 3 days prior to our wedding to check the status and they confirmed again that they will be ready. And here we go, rings are not ready, and the customer service is unbelievable, they did not take full responsibility and told me that they wont even make it the early next day before the wedding ceremony time. Unbelievable! How is this company still operating?! They even reused me when I asked for 2 other rings for the wedding and wanted me to pay.

  I actually had a really great interaction with this store the other day. My boyfriend and I went into the store to just browse and kind of see what our level of budget can get us in terms of an engagement ring. Not serious at all. Now we know that we are two young looking people, and that perhaps the sales reps knowing that aren't super serious about purchasing would not give us time out of their day but it was the opposite. We dealt with Patti, who was really nice and showed us quite a few rings within our stated price range. She educated us when we asked questions and did not push us at all to buy. She said that is is very important to get a great feeling from the ring that you wear so its something to really think on. We both walked away really impressed with Patti.

  If I could give a NEGATIVE rating I would. I called to complain about Oksauna and her lack of knowledge, professionalism, and smarts. She clearly was not hired for her forward thinking or common sense that's for sure! I called and left a message for Nader the manager to call me 2 weeks ago, and I am STILL waiting for a call back. Considering I wanted to purchase 2 rings worth 4k each (not that price should matter) you would think I would get a call back immediately! I guess they don't care about customer care or business... remember bad experiences travels a heck of a lot faster than good ones... sad but true... and this experience should travel to the moon by rocket, fast!

  Latest update: so today we went to the shop to pick up the rings, my husband asked “what about the compensation?” And the manager Nader started to scream at us saying: “ who do you think you are, I’m not paying you a penny.” Very polite, very nice. Here comes the story itself: The experience my boyfriend and I have here is such a nightmare. They promised 5 times that our wedding bands would be ready before the wedding, but they failed . And the customer service is so trashy the staff said all they can do is apologies and the only solution is to BUY another pair.there’s no damage control at all, they wanted us to pay for the consequences. New couples please avoid this place
