  Went to return a pair of shoes that I had purcased for my daughter. The manager had messed up our order which resulted in my having to purchase a 'back-up' pair of SHES which I was told I could easily return. I happened to be in the area on Black Friday. The store was completely EMPTY except for one customer at cash. He took one look at my parcel and rudely dismissed me. No returns on Black Friday. I get it....BUT the store was almost empty, AND HE WAS THE REASON I WAS FORCED TO MAKE TWO EXTRA TRIPS! HORRIBLE customer service...

  I would recommend shopping at this Spring location! Amazing customer service! I had great help from an associate who was vert attentive suggested beautiful shoes to match with a dress I was planning to wear later on tonight, even gave some tips of what to add on to keep them more comfortable.

  After going to a few stores none had my size. So I ordered my size at the store with the cashier. When I got home and looked at the receipt the cashier ordered a different size. So I call the store and nothing could be done, I had to wait until I got the shoes then travel back to the store. Long story short, I called the customer service and they fixed it right away. They even called the store to get a order number, to my surprise they didn't have it. So unorganized.

  They have the hottest employees. 10/10 would go just to see them.

  Very pure Customer Service. Price Tags are not consistent with their system. Cashier asked me for more than what the tag said. Store Manager not helpful at all and was just trying to justify why same shoes in different colour has different prices! Never shop from Spring again!
