  If I could give zero stars I would. The cab driver told me I owed him $10.00 when the meter said $7.25. I asked him to clarify and he continued to insist on $10.00. I refused and gave him a $20.00 bill and said the difference was $12.75 change and I want my full change. He laughed and said he had no change, and I asked for a debit machine and he said he didn't have one. I told him I wanted my change and he got angry at me and after 5 minutes eventually he 'found' a $5.00 bill and was getting pissy about giving me all my change and didn't shut the meter off. I had to tell him I didn't owe him the new amount and felt disgusted at this point. He finally gave me some change and refused to give me $.50 cents, saying "$12.25" when it was $12.75 change, which I kept repeating. I graciously gave him $1.00 and told him he now had $1.50 cents from me and asked for his card. He pulled one out then put it away pretending he didn't understand what I was saying. It was honestly the worst service I ever had and from now on will be taking an Uber. I was trying to support the local taxi industry, but this was the final straw. You should be gracious that people pay so much and understand that there is stuff competition. Your driver literally tried to rip me off, charge me more than the meter, have no machine and say that they have no change and get angry when I ask for my full change! You serious? This was the last straw. Just downloaded Uber.

  I’ve had a horrible experience with Astro, today at 9:35am I called to request a cab, first of all the representative on the phone was very rude, and as I was trying to ask a question he hanged up the phone on me. I called back to ask what the problem was and the same person started swearing on the phone. How is this company in business with a service like this? I’ve decided to forever use Uber

  No hi, no bye, no manners. Didn't know were he was going, completely dependent on his phone which was rerouting several times.

  I had a suitcase with me. I expected the driver to open the trunk for me, however he sat down stared at me. I showed him my suitcase and with his head he just pointed out to the trunk. I had to open his wet filthy muddy trunk door. all my fingers were muddy. The same thing when I took off.

  Biggest scammers! Taxi ride was supposed to $60 and they charged me $110. They didn't leave a memo on the driver's tablet and I'm on the hook! Their despatched claimed no responsibility. I will be socialising this experience with everyone!

  The worst taxi service ever! When I called them to book a taxi from north york they connected me to another taxi service called best I think. I booked a taxi from my son’s daycare and after twenty mins no Taxi. Since I did not know the correct name of the service, I called these guys again and they refused put the call through and the guy yelled at me. I was totally stranded with my 3 yr old boy. Don’t ever use them!!!
