  Horrible. The waitress took her time chatting with a group of boys and gave my friends and I attitude when we asked to order. When the food came, the wings were dry and so difficult to chew that my friend's jaw was sore. She was so slow I ended up giving her a 15% tip because I couldn't bother waiting for her to get me change while dealing with her attitude.

  The wings are generally smaller than others I went to and I have been to 4 other locations within GTA. The wings were overcooked and the waitress charged 4 1lb wings instead of 2 2lb wings and I couldn't comprehend it. I have been eating at st. Louis for number of years and this is the only time I ran into a problem like this

  Terrible service, at first the waitress had my order wrong and when i complained, she gave me attitude, finally after bringing the correct order, i picked it up, only to find the bottom burnt. After this experience, I have never gone to any St. Louis.

  On Saturday August 26th at 6:30pm I arrived with a party of 17. We were told our party had to be split up, despite vacant seating in one section that was more than able to accommodate our party. Despite a terrible first impression with the hostess my party stayed and ordered our meals. Our server and the female cleaning the section were the only two people (besides kitchen staff which we could not directly observe) that were working diligently. All other female employees (hostess, servers..) continued to stand around appearing to have no work to do. Throughout the duration of our stay service continued to be terrible as another female server brought 5 of our drinks, left it on the table adjacent to us and left; we had to take it upon ourselves to retrieve our drinks. This aforementioned female server did not have the initiative to retrieve the tray after we served ourselves our drinks. The tray remained on the table until another female worker came by to clean said table. I would have rated this place a single star had our (male) server not been impressive. Owners should take note that the impression given by the hostess often sets the tone of the overall dining experience and should be careful in choosing their staff.
