  Came in to drop off my end of lease Tiguan. When I first signed up, the process was good and served by pleasant staff (Sargon/Marco). Dropping it off just now was painless as well as Elvis was even more helpful.

  The disappointment and missed opportunity was not in my staff interactions. It was in their process and follow up. Literally, no one in 4 years checked in with me. Towards the end of my lease, I had to call the dealership as I had no idea what was next.

  Last week I purchased my car, Honda Civic 2013 at Honda Number 7. This is the second dealership I went to and I would say their service was excellent. Andy Tran, sales representative was friendly and accommodating with my needs in choosing a car. His knowledge and skills in presenting the qualities of the cars helped me to choose the perfect car for me. In a span of 2 hours he was able to process the car that I wanted and by the next day I was able to drive my car that I purchased. I thought that purchasing a car would cause me stress in dealing with the sales representative, however with my experience, it made realize that if you have the staff who are knowledgeable, skillful and has good interpersonal relationship the customer satisfaction will be exceptional. I recommend this dealership for the customers who want to have a good experience in purchasing their new cars. Thank you Andy and all the staff for the good experience in purchasing my 1st car.
