  They have a big place lots of options, also the majority of the clothes are trending, they have a nice quality and is ok to buy here but usually there are not that many attractive deals, staff is friendly and helpful

  Its good but it's always messy. I guess to hard to keep such a large place in shape. Good deals though.

  Had a terrible experience at the Vaughan Mills location this evening around 8:45 PM with Anthony (who claimed he was a manager) and a cashier named Brittany. Unfortunately after purchasing my mother's birthday gift last month we misplaced the receipt. Due to sizing issues she asked me to return the blouse and trench coach for another size - however they did not have the particular items in stock. After requesting for store credit instead of a straight exchange (considering that my mother wasn't with me and I would have liked her to come in to the store to pick out and actually try on her gift) I was told "this is forever 21, not walmart" by Brittany, while Anthony chuckled. This post has NOTHING to do with them refusing to make an exception to policy but instead how they handled the situation. For a so-called manager to sit by and watch one of his employees belittle someone asking for a simple request. Completely inappropriate and disheartening considering I have shopped regularly at Forever 21 for over ten years now.

  There's a worker with super fake eyelashes and she is so rude. Did nobody tell her she works in customer service? It baffles me how she still has a job there! She literally kept rolling her eyes and maintained a dead and dumb expression throughout my entire encounter with her!!! fire her!
