    Let’s go back to our experience: Once we received the packages we opened them and they missed several crucial items, so we called the branch next day to let them know of this and the fact that we had only bought it as we were promised of the proper delivery on time. The costumer service wasted our time for 6 hours and then once we called back to check of the result he said that the warehouse doesn’t have the missing parts, and that he did not even know what those items look like to check else where. He even didn’t try to contact other stores to check if they have these items, and the awful thing when he called the manager, the manager just told him to tell us that the best thing they can do is to send the missing parts in 4 business days. In response to us being mad of such a service, the manager, Adam Night, acted even more irresponsibly, telling his agent to ask us call him tomorrow to speak about it (he was not in the store that day), the only other thing he had suggested was for the company to send the delivery people pick the items from our house and give us full refund after 8 days!

    We went to the store, bought several items from this branch, two of which we bought once the selling agent confirmed several times that it would be delivered on time for a specific date. We paid fully and waited for the delivery people. Here let me give you some tips of how the delivery works for this company: Usually you have to pay 90$ dollars (for the most limited delivery service I have seen!). Some facts: 1) The delivery people for this company work as a contract, so basically they are totally unaware of what they are delivering, as they are delivering lots of different things for various companies to different people. Bottom line: They will just put anything given to them into your place and go. 2) The delivery people will come into your place with their boots on (not covering it) even in winter, and 3) that they are only responsible for putting the packages inside, i.e. installation and getting rid of the cartoons are both the costumer’s responsibility.

    Ordered a sofa and it came with a bent metal leg and another heavily oxidized leg. Called immediately to get it resolved. I was told to email a specific mailbox, which I did within 2 hours of delivery. A day or two later I received a call from someone in the store (that was nice) offering me the legs of a floor model (are you kidding?) which I rejected since I bought a new sofa and not a floor model. The gentleman on the phone said that the other option was for them to ship it to me which would take an arbitrary length of time since it was coming from their warehouse (that was were my sofa come from and it took 2 business days... but for some reason the legs are different).

    A horrible experience buying from this branch in Vaughan. The manager (Adam) and customer service of the branch do not act responsibly, the manager is ready to put blame for the company’s mistake either on the buyer or the delivery people, and the customer service is completely unaware of the products; both are totally careless of even trying to mitigate the dissatisfaction the customer is feeling. Bottom line: if it is important for you to have your furniture on time for a specific event NEVER trust this branch (especially on account of poor management).

    Next day the manager only called us after 5pm to put blame for the company’s misconduct on us, the buyer! We canceled all our purchases with this branch, as we didn’t want to have any business with them. Yet, we also received a call from the delivery personnel who called to check if the packages they brought were intact at the time we received them or not. The store manager and its staff, instead of mitigating our dissatisfaction, put blame on us, and the delivery people!!!!! Bottom line: if it is important for you to have your furniture on time for a specific event NEVER trust this branch (especially on account of poor management).

    Anyway, I agree to this option and I was waiting to receive a tracking number and shipment details. Few days later I get nothing from the store so I go into the store to ask for a progress report on the new legs. Turns out they had the tracking number but choose not to send it over to me.

    On the bright side, we were never pressured to purchase anything when we entered the store, which seems to be a rarity with furniture stores.

    Guess what? I am still waiting for a call and still in possession of the wobbly Seville Sofa I purchased. I have had to cancel two events at my condo because this is the only chair I have in my place since I recently moved and I don't want my guest to hurt themselves or do damage to the remaining legs.

    Fast forward a week from the delivery date and my complain, I received two legs into a box and I opened the package when I got home. I was excited to receive it after a whole week. To my horror the two legs included in the box where completely different from what was originally shipped. Hence, unusable. I emailed them immediately that night and I waited until about 12 noon the next day to get a response. Dead silent was what I got. So I call the store back and I speak to a pleasant lady who suggested she was aware of the issue but had to details (so they are aware but choose to ignore it .....) and suggested she would speak with the manager and I will receive a call back.

    My wife and I were excited when we purchased a queen size bed from the Vaughan location sometime in late 2016, early 2017. Within 2-4 months the mattress started to dip a little bit, even though it barely got used. What is worse, it may just be one of the most uncomfortable beds I've ever slept on. I get back pain every time I attempt to sleep on it.

    Ordered the Oliver 3-drawer dresser after seeing it online and in-store, and it arrived a week later ready for pick-up. Structube did a great job following timelines. It was nice to receive a call to know when it arrived, earlier than expected - awesome! The only feedback I'd give to the store is maybe have more sales people available at the front counter. It can get quite busy and there was a bit of a wait to speak to sales. Aside from that, they had great service. They even helped us load the car. Thank you.

    I bought a desk here, brought it home and didn't fasten the drawer in properly. Brought it back to the store for help, and the guy working at the time, Chris, fixed it for me on the spot! Took it all apart and put it back together again, then helped me load it into the car. I already loved this store for the affordable high quality and modern look of its pieces, but would come back to this location just for the customer service! Thank you Chris!

    Since purchasing this bed, I've yet to sleep a complete night on it. For almost a year now, I have been sleeping on my couch, while my now pregnant wife sleeps on a double sized bed, leading to this structube bed becoming a pricey guest bed.
