    Had come to the store with a gift card due to a bit of an issue in another location; great experience! Staff were very helpful yet didn't hover, gave customers time to wander without any pressure. Store is very well organized with great selection and great price points.

    I always felt a bit intimidated by this store. I shouldn't have. It is lovely. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It may have been my first visit...definitely not My last

    The incredible sales(lady) at the Vaughan location was simply lovely. My husband and I just completed a gut renovation of our home and we had one remaining bedroom to decorate. As you can imagine - I was slightly exhausted from the process. She was helpful, patient, and completely charming (as was the other sales rep who helped during checkout). We still have more of the room to complete, but the amazing experience will bring us back to Urban Barn for the last remaining pieces. Thanks ladies!
